Job summary

DNAM Brands, a family-owned company, is seeking a Director of Operations to lead end-to-end operational infrastructure across ecommerce, wholesale, and logistics in Beverly Hills. You will drive efficiency, set strategic direction, and build scalable processes for rapid growth.

The role partners with executive leadership to oversee fulfillment, inventory flow, 3PL, and cross-functional execution. Strong leadership and a track record in omni-channel operations are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse management is preferred.
• Experience in fashion/apparel or omni-channel retail is a plus.
• Strong understanding of DTC operations, wholesale distribution, Shopify Plus, and 3PL is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational strategy across e-commerce, wholesale, warehouse, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Partner with Executive Leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Own operations across Shopify Plus, TikTok Shop, wholesale, and marketplace channels.
• Develop project plans, dashboards, and communications on performance and initiatives.
• Create contingency plans to mitigate risks and disruptions in supply chain and inventory.
• Build scalable processes to support rapid business growth and launches.
