Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize US 3PL operations, including piece pick fulfillment and key account logistics strategy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level escalation issues and 3PL performance failures.
• Make real-time operational decisions on inventory, courier routing, and vendor management to protect client SLAs.
• Identify bottlenecks, perform root-cause analyses, and implement long-term corrective solutions.
• Conduct regular on-site warehouse visits to audit processes and manage 3PL relationships.
• Negotiate with 3PL partners and major couriers to improve regional e-commerce fulfillment.
• Lead end-to-end projects to scale operations and drive continuous improvement.
