Job summary

Cellexia Labs is seeking a high-impact operations professional to own the middle of our delivery pipeline. You will build and optimize the 3PL network, streamline fulfillment, and keep conversations with partners active to lower costs.

The role requires coordinating a remote, international team, ensuring smooth handoffs across fulfillment, customer support, and vendors, while driving measurable improvements in delivery speed and margins.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running operations for an e-commerce or consumer brand, including sourcing and negotiating with 3PLs.
• Experience managing remote teams and vendor relations with measurable results.
• Excellent English communication and strong business sense.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain our 3PL network.
• Own day-to-day operations across fulfillment, support, vendors, and internal processes.
• Negotiate terms and rates with partners to improve margins.
• Plan operations for launches and new markets.
• Create scalable processes, checklists and tools.
