Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in San Francisco seeks a Senior Director of North America Logistics to architect the growth of our fulfillment network across Retail, D2C, and Commercial channels. You will own strategy, execution, and cost optimization.

You will lead a team of direct reports, collaborate with 3PLs, carriers, Finance, IT, and Engineering, and deliver real-time visibility, OTD improvements, and scalable automation to support continued year-over-year expansion across the US, Canada,

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end logistics across Retail, D2C, and Commercial with clear SLAs and measurable performance.
Set operational strategy for key account fulfillment, including onboarding of new retail partners.
Lead D2C fulfillment with 3PL partners to ensure accuracy, performance, and best-in-class service.
Build and scale B2B logistics for enterprise partnerships and growth.
Drive distribution expansion across US, Canada, and LATAM to support growth roadmap.
Own OTD KPI framework and accountability with partners and carriers.
Lead cost-down initiatives, including contract negotiations and network optimization.
Build real-time visibility and analytics, enabling proactive issue resolution.
Design and own NA logistics P&L with annual budget and forecasting.
