This hybrid role requires 6+ months in verification or customer support, proficiency in Office 365, and strong communication.

You will work 2 days remote / 3 days in-office, with quarterly incentive potential and a robust benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ months of related experience in verifications, criminal research, customer support, or a customer-facing role.
• Intermediate level of Office 365 – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow-up skills.

• Manage tickets across software systems to ensure excellent client experience.
• Handle document flow through digital and physical processes.
• Set up accounts and input data for client signups across multiple programs.
• Collaborate with team to resolve customer inquiries and provide feedback to management.
• Maintain accurate notes and ensure compliant background screening processes.
