Ministry Brands is seeking a hybrid role based in Tampa, FL, with 2 days remote work per week and 3 days in the office. You will manage tickets, handle document flows, and set up client accounts across multiple software systems.

You will contribute to customer satisfaction through effective communication, data entry, and collaboration with the team, while ensuring compliance with screening and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience in verifications, criminal research, customer support, or a customer-facing role.
• A two-year degree from a college or technical school or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Intermediate level of skill in Office 365 - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Work within a variety of software systems to manage tickets and ensure an excellent experience to clients.
• Manage document flow through digital and physical resource processes.
• Set up accounts and perform data entry of client sign up forms.
• Collaborate with team to provide resolutions to customer inquiries.
• Provide feedback to management to align with customer needs and attitudes for decision-making.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, empathetic tone and timely responses.
• Ensure accurate and prompt turnaround on all requests.
• Input thorough and accurate notes and maintain knowledge of searches and client guidelines.
• Track, route, and redirect information to the correct resources.
• Understand employment and volunteer background screening compliance.
• Perform all tasks within regulations and accreditation standards.
