Responsibilities

• Provide updates on order status, timelines, delays, and costs.
• Maintain records in P21 and SharePoint for departments and inquiries.
• Collaborate with logistics, accounting, and commercial teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining ongoing cross-functional communication.
