• Review and submit corporate filings and communicate with internal teams, agencies, and branch offices.
• Maintain productivity, quality, turnaround, and error-rate expectations.
• Serve as a resource on fees, forms, and state requirements; update team resources on SharePoint.

Cogency Global is a leader in corporate compliance is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to partner with colleagues in other offices to obtain and file legal documents in the State of Delaware. Primary objectives include managing a dynamic workflow in an efficient manner, providing sustained operational excellence, and meeting team and company goals.

Responsibilites

• Process fulfillment requests, filings, searches, certified copies, good standings, certificates of facts, and service orders in multiple jurisdictions.
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and required information.
• Review and submit corporate filings in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines. Communicate with internal teams, agencies, and branch offices.
• Maintain productivity, quality, turnaround, and error-rate expectations.
• Serve as a subject matter resource on fees, forms, and state requirements. Utilize and update team resources on SharePoint

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong computer and research skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

Additional Information
