Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company seeks a Representative for the Solutions Center to deliver extraordinary care to customers in the financial services space. You will handle inbound calls, explain products, and educate on planning solutions in a role that blends service with compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications preferred.
• ChFC, CLU or other designations desirable; FINRA Sec/Series licenses may be required.
• Associates must obtain required licenses within designated time.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from investment professionals, sponsors and members.
• Explain product suites and servicing for current and old products.
• Document conversations and follow processes to support relationship depth.
• Follow FINRA rules and Nationwide policies in all interactions.
• Educate customers on tax implications, penalties, surrender charges, and plan features.
• Resolve issues and escalate with internal partners as needed.
• Monthly leadership meetings to set career path and expectations.
