Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics or communications preferred.
• Knowledge of FINRA rules and regulations is desirable and may be required for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors and members.
• Explain product suites and services; resolve account questions and educate customers on options.
• Document conversations and follow up to support relationship-building and compliance.
