Job summary

Nationwide Financial is seeking associates for Life, Annuity, and Retirement Solutions customer service, handling inbound calls, answering questions, processing requests and educating customers on products and solutions.

The role includes a 5–6 week training, then a hybrid work environment with two in-office days weekly in Grandview Heights, OH or Scottsdale, AZ, with potential remote options. Licensing may be required; Nationwide provides paid study time and materials.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications preferred.
• Licenses: FINRA Series 6 and 63 preferred and may be required based on product/line of business.

Responsibilities

• Receives and responds to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors and members on a variety of topics.
• Interprets and applies changes to products, offering consultative expertise and uncovering unstated needs.
• Maintains documentation of conversations to support relationship building.
