The ideal candidate possesses 0–3 years of experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel/Sheets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Financial Operations, Accounting, Compliance, Audit Support, or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and supporting documentation for regulatory and audit compliance.
• Review historical transactions and validate documentation for audit readiness.
• Prepare audit documentation and coordinate requests for internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and Internal Audit to support compliance activities.
• Track audit deliverables and ensure timely completion.
• Perform financial reconciliations and transaction analyses to support compliance initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial controls and documentation standards.
• Support process automation and standardization to reduce risk.
• Maintain process documentation and suggest improvements.
