Qualifications

• 8+ years of executive support experience, including direct support of C-suite and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted Executive Business Partner, developing a deep understanding of business priorities to anticipate needs, influence decisions, and help executives focus on what matters most.
• Manage complex global calendars and domestic and international travel, prioritizing demands and adapting as needs evolve.
• Coordinate Board of Directors activities, external board commitments, earnings preparation, and investor relations engagements.
• Work across teams to keep executive priorities moving forward, coordinate stakeholders, and support key business initiatives.
• Improve executive support processes and workflows, using technology and AI to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
• Coordinate executive meetings, offsites, and team events, ensuring leaders are prepared and activities run smoothly.
• Manage expenses and sensitive executive matters with accuracy and discretion.
