Wayfair is seeking a Senior Counsel for Global Supply Chain to lead legal support for worldwide supply chain activities. The role sits in Boston with a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote) and involves close collaboration with operations leadership on strategic initiatives and complex contracts.

You will draft and negotiate critical supply chain agreements, build compliant processes, and work with internal teams to mitigate risk while enabling growth.

Qualifications

• JD with top academic credentials and admission to at least one state bar.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary counsel for all global supply chain matters and serve as the main liaison for the operations leadership team.
• Provide end‑to‑end, value‑based support including negotiating, drafting complex business transactions and overseeing contract templates with clients and vendors.
• Manage procurement streams (carrier arrangements, transportation and vendor agreements) and service contributions (warehousing, fulfillment, shipping terms).
• Collaborate with the business to build scalable compliance programs and maintain a unified compliance database for regulated activities (FMC and related).
• Drive efficiency in high‑volume workstreams using templates and playbooks; promote self‑service approaches where possible.
• Work with other lawyers in the Legal team and across the business as a supply‑chain‑savvy advisor.
