Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60 semester hours completed.
• Two years of experience in accounts receivable or government financial processing.
• Accuracy with numbers and documenting rationale for calls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tuition refund team and set daily work so checks are logged within three business days.
• Research refunds, confirm amounts, and check ArmyIgnitED for related blocks.
• Verify payment method and line of accounting, matching refunds to fiscal year and Army component with high accuracy.
• Write research findings and actions for the Government's refund lead within deadlines.
• Prepare DD 1131 vouchers in ArmyIgnitED and draft return memos for unprocessable checks.
• Run ArmyIgnitED reports to validate invoices and maintain records per naming conventions.
• Recommend SOP changes and report results monthly.
