Job summary

You will work with the Finance Branch Chief, manage refund tracking, and ensure accurate documentation in ArmyIgnitED and related trackers. Prior government experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in financial support or analysis.
• Ability to process refunds and track financial transactions.
• Familiarity with government program refunds and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support to accept refunds from academic institutions.
• Track and catalog refund and recoupment checks.
• Record TA, CA, and recoupment refunds in government trackers within three business days.
• Research refund reasons and verify refund information for accuracy.
• Review ArmyIgnitED for refunds and recoupment status and waivers.
• Annotate SOPs and prepare spreadsheets for government review and adjustments.
