Connexus Hub, Inc. | Fort Knox, KY | Full-time, exempt | Key personnel | Contingent on contract award
Salary: $58,000 to $68,000 a year, depending on experience
Location: Army Continuing Education Division, Building 1109B, Fort Knox, KY 40121
Schedule: Hybrid, on site at Fort Knox on a set schedule and teleworking the rest, Monday through Friday within 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern core hours. You must live within commuting distance of Fort Knox.
Connexus Hub is building the team for an anticipated U.S. Army contract supporting the Army Continuing Education Division (ACED) at Human Resources Command, Fort Knox. ACED runs the education benefits that Soldiers, Cadets and Army Civilians use to go to college and earn credentials: Tuition Assistance and Credentialing Assistance through ArmyIgnitED, Army Personnel Testing, and the Joint Services Transcript that turns military training into college credit. Performance is expected to begin in March 2027. We are interviewing now.
Colleges send money back to the Army when a Soldier drops a class or a payment was wrong. About 4,500 refund and recoupment checks a year come into ACED, and each one has to be researched, matched to the right fiscal year and line of accounting, and either processed or returned before it goes stale. You lead the team that does that and you carry the hard cases yourself.
Key personnel: This is a named position in our proposal.
Connexus Hub, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. This position is contingent on award of the anticipated contract.
