Patriot Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support the Army Continuing Education Division (ACED) at the Adjutant General Directorate (TAGD), U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC) in Fort Knox, KY.

This role provides functional support by assisting the Finance Branch Chief with administration of financial assistance management to check refund processing in support of the Tuition Assistance (TA) program.

Qualifications

• An Associate's degree or 60 semester hours completed.
• Two years of related experience required.

Responsabilités

• Accept refunds from Academic Institutions and process per SOP.
• Track and catalog all TA, CA, and recoupment refund checks.
• Record each refund in the ArmyIgnitED trackers within three business days.
• Verify refund data against source documents and payment method.
• Run standard ArmyIgnitED Admin portal reports to validate invoice data.
• Prepare ArmyIgnitED DD1131 forms and upload to TEAMS for signature.
• Provide written research and recommendations to the government lead within seven business days.
• Document and file all refund actions in accordance with Army policy guidance.
