Qualifications

• 2-4+ years finance operations, accounting, or accounts payable (AP) experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus, but not required.
• ERP systems experience (Oracle NetSuite, SAP S/4 Hana, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing invoices and payments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support finance operations activities while ensuring timeliness and accuracy in day-to-day operations.
• Perform full-cycle accounts payable (AP) processing with high invoice volume.
• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices, matching to PO and receiving docs and resolving discrepancies.
• Process non-PO invoices, employee expense reimbursements, and other AP transactions per policy.
• Prepare and process vendor payments via ACH, wire, and check, ensuring timely payments.
• Maintain AP documentation and records in the ERP system.
• Reconcile vendor statements, research outstanding invoices, and resolve payment issues.
• Maintain vendor records, updates, and payment information.
• Monitor AP aging, identify past-due invoices, and prioritize payments.
• Reconcile AP balances and support month-end close, including accruals and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and internal controls.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and inquiries.
• Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, operations, and accounting to ensure accurate invoice processing.
