Daley And Associates, LLC is seeking a Client Onboarding & Operations Analyst for a leading global financial services firm in Boston, MA. The role supports institutional client onboarding, account opening, documentation management, and cross-team coordination.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in client onboarding, investment operations, or middle office within financial services. This 12-month contract offers a hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite and 1 day from home weekly, with onsite in Boston.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in client onboarding, investment operations, or middle office in financial services.
• Experience with institutional onboarding and account opening processes.
• Familiarity with onboarding documentation and regulatory materials.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate client onboarding and account opening activities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, AML/KYC teams on onboarding requirements.
• Track onboarding progress, documentation, and key deadlines.
• Gather and verify client information and regulatory materials.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve onboarding issues.
• Generate onboarding status reports and maintain records.
• Assist with account setup and ongoing operational requests.
• Provide additional onboarding and operations support as needed.
