Stanley Black & Decker Leadership Program (SLP) – Finance hybrid role involves four 6-month rotations across core finance functions, including FP&A, with on-site experiences at manufacturing plants or distribution centers. The program provides a structured learning curriculum, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

Open to recent graduates with a finance-related degree who can rotate every 6 months and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related business field.
Prior internship(s) in Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
Willingness to rotate every 6 months across finance areas and possibly different locations.
Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of the business.
Experience using Excel, Access, Power BI, and MS Office Suite, with interest to master these tools.
Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic and international).
0–3 years of professional work experience, internship experience included.

Responsibilities

Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and month-end close during rotations.
Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and business performance reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, operations, and supply chain.
Develop insights from financial data and KPIs to inform decisions.
Present rotation learnings and project outcomes to senior leadership.
