Each rotation has project assignments that allow participants to become familiar with how we do business and contribute to the success of that facility. Our program offers invaluable experiences for early-career associates seeking challenging developmental opportunities to jump-start their careers.**The Job:**As a part of the Finance track of the SLP Program, you can expect:* Four 6-month rotations across core finance functions* Exposure to FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Operations/Supply Chain Finance* One on-site experience in one of our manufacturing plants or distribution centers* Structured learning and development curriculum* Mentorship and networking opportunities* Participate in a blend of day-to-day tasks and project work in your rotations... including, but not limited to: + Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and month-end close activities across assigned rotations + Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and business performance reporting to support decision-making + Partner with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, supply chain, and commercial leaders + Develop insights and recommendations using financial data, business trends, and key performance indicators + Contribute to projects focused on business priorities, process improvement, and operational efficiency + Prepare presentations and communicate findings to finance leadership and business stakeholders + Present rotation learnings, project outcomes, and recommendations to senior leadership throughout the program**The Person:**You love to learn, grow, and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
