Job summary

Staples is a business-to-business company. Staples Finance invites you to join a two-year Financial Rotational Program designed to develop high-potential leaders through four six-month rotations across Corporate Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and more.

You will work with senior leaders, analyze performance, influence business decisions, and be guided by a Talent Management Program Manager. Successful participants transition to a full-time finance role.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Desire to excel and build a career in Finance.
• Must be a rising senior (graduating in May 2027, or within the last 1-3 years)
• Flexibility
• Analytic horsepower, including the ability to analyze & present findings around complex data
• Ability to shift between detailed data and big-picture thinking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with Business Unit, Finance partners, and Senior Leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail required
• Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-year program with 4 rotations across finance teams.
• Develop financial and analytical skills within Staples' $10B+ delivery business.
• Collaborate with leaders across business units to drive performance insights.
• Move into a full-time Finance role after program completion.
