Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker Leadership Program (SLP) – Finance is a two-year, rotation-based program designed to accelerate early-career finance professionals. The program offers four 6-month rotations across core finance functions, exposure to FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Operations/Supply Chain Finance, and on-site experiences at manufacturing plants or distribution centers.

It includes mentorship, structured learning, and cross-functional collaboration to develop leadership and technical skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related Business Field.
Prior internship(s) in Corporate Finance, Accounting or Data Analytics.
Willingness to rotate every 6 months within Finance and possibly new location in the U.S.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the business.
Experience using Excel, Access, Power BI and other MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Four 6-month rotations across core finance functions.
Exposure to FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Operations/Supply Chain Finance.
One on-site experience in a manufacturing plant or distribution center.
Structured learning and development curriculum with mentorship.
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and month-end close across rotations.
