Job summary

Raytheon Finance Business Process is seeking a motivated professional to lead complex process improvement initiatives across Finance systems and data products. The role blends BI, data engineering, and collaboration with SAP, Digital Technologies, and Enterprise Services to deliver automated data pipelines and actionable insights.

You will drive analytics, dashboards, and data governance in an Agile environment, partnering with multiple stakeholders to harmonize processes and accelerate delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
• Experience with analytics and/or statistical modeling.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access program information.

Responsibilities

• Support key finance processes across Raytheon Finance.
• Collaborate with a team delivering Big-Data reporting and dashboards.
• Partner with SAP core teams, Digital Technologies, and Enterprise Services to improve processes.
• Design, build, and maintain automated data ingestion, transformation, and validation pipelines.
• Partner with PRISM, APEX, SAP, BW, and other system owners to map data and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage work in Agile sprints and track progress with Jira/Atlassian tools.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline workflows and reduce manual touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Finance, Digital Technology, and Program teams to align data products.
