Job summary

Raymond James, Inc. is seeking a seasoned executive to lead Finance transformation across technology, data, and process initiatives. You will align Finance systems with strategic goals, oversee enterprise-wide programs, and drive automation, governance, and AI adoption to support growth.

This hybrid role requires deep experience in finance systems, data governance, and organizational change, partnering with CAO, CFO, and technology leaders to deliver scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of 15 years progressive experience in finance transformation, financial systems, process improvement, technology, or related functions.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience managing large teams and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vision, governance, and execution of Finance technology, data, and process transformation initiatives.
• Oversee Finance systems governance, roadmaps, and performance.
• Provide executive oversight of PMO for strategic initiatives.
• Drive standardization, automation, and controls to improve efficiency and resilience.
• Lead AI strategy development and adoption within Finance operations.
