Job summary

Raytheon (RTX) seeks a Lead Financial Analyst to support the SCM Finance Leadership Team. This hybrid position coordinates KPI deliverables, budgets, and EAC forecasts across dispersed sites, guiding change management and value generation.

Qualifications include a university degree with 5–8+ years, plus experience with SAP, PRISM, BW, and Power BI; strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential. Relocation may be offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

University degree or advanced degree with years of relevant experience.
Experience with SAP, PRISM, Business Warehouse and Power BI.
Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Prioritize and allocate resources in a dynamic, geographically dispersed environment.
Coordinate with OSCQ and Central FP&A regarding deliverables.
Coordinate with RTN Support Pool (Accounting) team regarding CER EACs.
Interact with Finance and Functional Senior Leadership within SCM.
Strengthen processes with multiple functional stakeholders from beginning to end.
Partner with peers across RTN Manufacturing areas (Operations, Quality, etc).
Perform additional ad-hoc analysis as needed
