RE Mason Company is seeking a Business Systems & Process Analyst in Finance to improve financial reporting, analysis, and system utilization. The role collaborates with Accounting, Finance, and business leaders to optimize processes and data alignment across IFS and Power BI.

The ideal candidate combines financial analysis with process improvement, ERP experience, and strong cross-functional communication to drive value from technology investments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, business analysis, process improvement, or enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and business applications.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, automation, or AI-enabled business tools.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, controls, and user experience.
• Partner with business leaders to understand challenges, define requirements, and recommend practical solutions.
• Document business processes, requirements, and future-state workflows.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis and support resolution of business process issues.
• Help business teams gain greater value from ERP systems and analytics tools.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Analyze spending, budgets, forecasts, variances, and working capital trends.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
