Job summary

Raytheon Finance Business Process team is seeking a highly motivated individual to support finance systems and drive process improvements. The role collaborates with SAP core teams, Digital Technologies, and Enterprise Services to deliver automated data pipelines with strong UX/UI focus.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in finance data, BI tools like PowerBI or Tableau, and experience in analytics modeling. This hybrid role offers broad exposure to BI tooling and cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience.
Experience with BI tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
Experience with analytics and/or statistical modeling.
U.S. citizenship is required to access information.

Responsibilities

Support key finance processes and deliver standardized big-data reporting.
Bridge gaps with automation and technology to accelerate delivery.
Collaborate with SAP, Digital Technologies, and Enterprise Services teams.
Design, build, and maintain automated data ingestion and validation pipelines.
Map data with PRISM, APEX, SAP BW, and other systems; ensure timely delivery.
Work in Agile sprints and maintain visibility via Jira/Atlassian tools.
Drive continuous improvement to streamline workflows and reduce manual touchpoints.
