Job summary

Raymond James seeks a seasoned executive to lead the strategic vision for Finance technology, data governance, and process excellence. You will partner with CFO and CIO to modernize financial systems, drive enterprise data initiatives, and advance AI-driven improvements across the organization.

This role oversees Finance Systems Solutions, PMO, and Transformation programs, delivering scalable, efficient operations and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance transformation, financial systems, process improvement, technology, consulting or related functions.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience managing large teams and senior leaders.
• Experience leading enterprise technology implementations, process transformation initiatives, and organizational change programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term Finance transformation strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Oversee Finance systems, governance, roadmaps, and platform modernization efforts.
• Provide executive PMO oversight and governance for strategic initiatives.
• Drive enterprise-wide process improvement, standardization, and automation.
• Shape Finance AI strategy and adoption roadmap with Technology and Risk partners.
• Engage executives and stakeholders to align transformation with strategic priorities.
• Develop leadership pipelines and performance expectations for Finance, PMO, and transformation teams.
