Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Finance Data & Analytics professional to lead process improvement, data ingestion pipelines, and cross-functional analytics across the Finance organization. You will partner with SAP, PRISM, BW, and Enterprise Services to harmonize processes and deliver reliable financial data.

The role offers exposure to modern BI tools (PowerBI/Tableau), data governance, and agile project execution in a hybrid setting. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Experience with business intelligence tools, such as PowerBI or Tableau.
• Experience with analytics and/or statistical modeling.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Responsibilities

• Support key business processes that affect the entirety of Raytheon Finance.
• Collaborates with a team that delivers standardized Big-Data reporting, dashboarding, as well as bridging critical process gaps with automation and technology.
• Partner with SAP core teams, Digital Technologies, and Enterprise Services groups to drive enhancements to business processes.
• Design, build, and maintain automated data ingestion, transformation, and validation pipelines to support Finance use cases, focused on core UX/UI design principles.
• Partner with PRISM, APEX, SAP, BW, and other system owners to map data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial data.
• Manage your work in Agile sprints and maintain work visibility through Jira/Atlassian tools.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to streamline workflows, reduce manual touchpoints, and accelerate delivery timelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Digital Technology, and Program teams to understand requirements and ensure alignment of data products.
