Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an Associate Director of Procurement Finance to lead the finance interface for the Supply Chain procurement team. This role coordinates with SBU and Functional Finance to align operational and financial commitments, supports strategic negotiations, and develops robust processes for material PV tracking and pool management.

Experience building high‑performing teams, executive communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to travel >50% to support initiatives.
• Executive communication and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excel-based financial modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide finance input to supplier negotiations and participate in active negotiations.
• Support business case development for Supply Chain.
• Coordinate across Finance to align procurement and financial commitments.
• Develop processes for PV tracking, pool management, KPI tracking, and Best Value sourcing.
• Support investment analyses and material availability improvements.
• Drive data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage CER pools and indirect pools.
