Job summary

Sol de Janeiro is seeking an experienced Sales and Training Account Executive to support the Americas Field Sales Teams in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will drive brand awareness, deliver product training, and partner with retailers to execute in-store programs and education.

The role reports to the Regional Manager of Field Sales and Training and offers a flexible hybrid work model in the Greater Philadelphia or DMV areas, with travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of skincare/hair and body field sales or account coordinator roles.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel 50% within the territory and beyond as needed.
• Must reside in the Greater Philadelphia area or the DMV (DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia).

Responsibilities

• Drive brand awareness and sales with retailers in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Deliver ongoing product training and education to store staff and beauty advisors.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and Education Team on in-store programs and events.
• Schedule and plan events at retailers, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Maintain relationships with store leadership and staff to support sales goals.
