Job summary

Sol de Janeiro is seeking an Account Executive, Field Sales & Training for the Mid-Atlantic region. The role partners with the Regional Manager of Field Sales and Training to drive in-store sales, deliver product training, and support retailer programs with brand initiatives.

Based in the Greater Philadelphia area or the DMV, you will conduct store visits, coordinate events, and train Beauty Advisors while traveling up to 50% and working weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in skincare/hair/body field sales or account coordination roles, with product training experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must reside in Greater Philadelphia area or the DMV (DC, MD, Northern VA).

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store sales and deliver brand education to retail partners.
• Conduct ongoing product trainings for new and existing products.
• Schedule and execute store events and trainings; coordinate with freelance teams.
• Maintain relationships with store leadership and beauty advisers; travel up to 50%.
