Job summary

Sol de Janeiro is seeking an Account Executive, Field Sales & Training for the Carolinas. Based in Charlotte, NC, you will drive brand awareness, sales, and customer service across retail partners, delivering in-store education and events.

You will report to the Regional Manager of Field Sales and Training and collaborate with the Global Education Team to optimize retailer programs. Flexibility for travel and weekend events is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in beauty/sales.
• 3–5 years in skincare/hair/body field sales or training roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work weekends for launches/events.

Responsibilities

• Drive retail sales and brand education with Sephora/Ulta partners.
• Plan and execute in-store trainings and events across Carolina markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with store leadership and staff.
• Manage budget and vendor relationships for in-store activations.
• Provide weekly recaps and performance feedback to leadership.
