Job summary

Sol de Janeiro is seeking an experienced Sales and Training Account Executive to join our Americas Field Sales Teams. You will build brand awareness, drive sales, and deliver best-in-class customer service while coordinating with regional leadership and education teams.

The role covers the Mid-Atlantic territory (Greater Philadelphia or the DMV) with a flexible hybrid work model and regular in-store events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree desirable but not required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of skincare/hair and body field sales or account coordinator roles, with experience in product training and sales.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel up to 50% and work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build brand awareness, drive sales, and deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager of Field Sales and Training, Executive Director of Field Sales and Training, and Global Education Team to maximize consumer-facing initiatives.
• Plan and execute in-store programs, events, and education with retail partners.
• Travel across the Mid-Atlantic territory (Greater Philadelphia area or DMV).
