Sol de Janeiro is seeking an Account Executive for Field Sales & Training in Dallas to drive brand awareness, sales, and in-store education with regional partners.

You will collaborate with the Regional Manager and Global Education Team to deliver training, manage events, and optimize retailer programs. This role requires travel up to 50% and a hybrid work setup within the US, with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for skincare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desirable or equivalent; some college accepted.
• Minimum 3-5 years in skincare/hair/body field sales or account coordination with training experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Build brand awareness and drive sales across assigned retailers.
• Deliver training and education to field teams and retail partners.
• Plan and execute in-store events and training schedules.
• Manage budget and scheduling to maximize retailer coverage.
