Job summary

Sol de Janeiro is seeking an experienced Sales and Training Account Executive to join America’s Field Sales Teams. This role builds brand awareness, drives sales, and delivers best-in-class customer service, partnering with regional field leaders and the education team to maximize in-store programs and events.

You’ll manage relationships from store leadership to staff, plan quarterly activities, coordinate training, and schedule events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years skincare/hair/body field sales or account coordination.
• Experience in product training and sales.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build brand awareness and drive sales in assigned territory.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and training.
• Collaborate with regional managers and retailers to maximize initiatives.
• Plan and execute in-store events and education sessions.
