Job summary

Sol de Janeiro is seeking an experienced Sales and Training Account Executive to expand brand presence across the Mid-Atlantic, with focus on in-store events and partner education.

You will train retail staff, drive sales performance with Sephora and Ulta, and collaborate with regional leadership to implement strategic education programs. Willingness to travel and flexible schedule required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desired; some college or esthetician license required.
• 3–5 years skincare/hair/body field sales or account coordination.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible schedule including weekends; travel up to 50%.
• Experience with Sephora and/or Ulta Beauty.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail sales, drive goals, train staff.
• Manage in-store events and educator programs.
• Coordinate with regional managers and retailers.
• Travel within Mid-Atlantic region up to 50%.
• Plan and execute 20+ events per quarter; track results.
