Job summary

Sol de Janeiro is seeking an experienced Sales and Training Account Executive to join the Americas Field Sales Teams. You will build brand awareness, drive sales, and deliver top-tier customer service, partnering with regional and global education teams and retail partners to maximize in-store programs and education.

You will report to the Regional Manager of Field Sales and Training for the territory, working hybrid across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; esthetician license acceptable.
• 3–5 years skincare/hair/body sales or account coordination.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible schedule including weekends; travel within territory.
• Experience with Sephora and/or Ulta Beauty.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Energetic, service-minded with strong relationship skills.
• Passion for skincare and brand education.
• Attention to detail; entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build brand awareness and drive in-store sales across the Americas.
• Coordinate training with Regional Manager and Global Education Team.
• Develop seasonal retailer plans to meet sales goals.
• Establish strong relationships with store leadership and staff.
• Lead events and education programs in-store; manage budget.
• Provide weekly recaps and feedback from visits and events.
