Qualifications

• 1+ years of outside sales experience.
• Proven experience prospecting for new customers.
• Proven experience in sales, inside and outside.
• Effective negotiation and closing skills.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High motivation and passion for sales.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Internet, and customer databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to identify, pursue and close rental opportunities for portable storage solutions.
• Build relationships with customers via phone, email, and occasional in-person visits.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and propose solutions to meet customer needs.
• Close deals through generated leads and telephone prospecting.
• Increase market share in new and established markets.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and inventory staff to deliver solutions and great customer experience.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to match products to customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, specs and requests in the division database.
