BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY is seeking a Field Sales Pro to optimize full-cycle sales in a Northeast Oklahoma territory. The role blends home office, schools, and event environments with local travel to maximize client relationships and sales opportunities.

The position requires 3+ years of B2B outside sales (sporting goods preferred) or related coaching background, plus a reliable vehicle and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Evening/weekend hours may apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (sporting goods preferred) or coaching/sports background.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, auto insurance, and good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Provide best-in-class consultative customer service to coaches in assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within territory to drive additional opportunities.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Increase sales in existing accounts across sports and levels.
• Utilize data-driven BI to identify trends and opportunities.
