Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Pro in Oklahoma to drive full-cycle territory sales in a hybrid role. You will balance home-office and in-person visits, build client relationships, and meet revenue targets with local coaches and organizations.

The role requires 2–5 days in the territory, frequent travel to schools, evenings/weekends may be needed, and you will use CRM data to identify opportunities while representing our values and delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches in an assigned territory and drive efficiency.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Actively develop and qualify leads within the territory through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Demonstrate resilience and persistence to turn challenges into opportunities.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and customer relationships across prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Increase sales in existing accounts across all sports at all levels.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage account list and travel within the territory.
