BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Pro in the Fort Worth area. You will optimize full-cycle territory sales, servicing coaches and administrators with top-tier customer service and revenue growth.

Responsibilities include lead development, managing accounts, and traveling within the territory to meet client needs and grow market share. Hybrid work, evenings/weekends may be required, and local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in sporting goods.
• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid license, auto insurance, and driving record.

Responsabilités

• Provide best-in-class, consultative service to coaches in the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within the territory through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Resilience to handle rejection and turning challenges into opportunities.
• Use CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Grow sales in existing accounts across sports and levels.
• Utilize data-driven BI to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage account lists and travel within the territory.
