Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Field Sales Pro to optimize full-cycle sales in Northeast Oklahoma. You will service coaches across an assigned territory, generating revenue and nurturing relationships in a hybrid home-office and on-site environment.

Responsibilities include lead development, CRM management, and selling across sports at all levels, with evenings and weekends possible based on customer needs. Competitive commissions and training provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' B2B outside sales experience (sporting goods preferred) or coaching background.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, driver's license, auto insurance, and good driving record.
• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Able to work in a hybrid home office and field environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches in the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads; use cold-calling and lead gen campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Increase sales in existing accounts across sports and levels.
• Use data-driven intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.
