BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Pro in Des Moines, IA. This full-time hybrid role manages local client relationships, drives revenue, and meets sales targets across all sports within the territory.

The position requires 3+ years of B2B outside sales or coaching/sports background, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to travel 2–5+ days per week. Evening/weekend work may be required as part of territory coverage.

Formación

• 3+ years B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) OR coaching/sports background.
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver\'s license, auto insurance, and a good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches across an assigned territory and do everything to make their lives easier.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Actively develop and qualify leads within territory to drive additional sales opportunities via cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and customer relationships (prospecting, account management, activity tracking).
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Travel within territory to client sites and events as needed.
