Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Professional in Morganton to support schools, clubs and community athletic programs within a hybrid work environment.

In this role you will cover a local territory, build relationships with coaches and administrators, and drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to post-sale service. You will travel 2–5 days per week and adapt to events outside standard hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching/sports background.
• Associate's degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches in the assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Qualify and develop leads within the territory to drive additional sales opportunities.
• Navigate the CRM to support prospecting, account management and activity tracking.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels.
