Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is hiring a Field Sales Professional in Providence, RI. You will serve as a consultative partner to schools and athletic programs, driving full-cycle territory sales from prospecting to post-sale service.

The role requires 2–5 days in the field, evenings/weekends may be required, and a hybrid work setup. Base range $65,000–$75,000 with potential incentives based on performance and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree or equivalent acceptable.
• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience; preferably in sporting goods.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid license, insurance, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches in assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within territory via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and customer relationships.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by cross-sport engagement.
