PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 in a hybrid setting. The 10-week program runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027, focusing on field sales and commercial operations within an assigned territory.

Interns gain real-world exposure, contribute to projects, and develop professional skills with leadership mentorship. Responsibilities include ride-alongs, data analysis, and supporting territory growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive retailer

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
