PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027. The 10-week program provides hands-on experience in field sales, analytics, and territorial growth, with collaboration across Commercial, Marketing, and Customer teams.

You’ll ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze trends, and contribute to projects that drive retailer success. The role focuses on learning, leadership, and practical business impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, business development, or commercial strategy.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects improving commercial effectiveness and efficiency.
• Present project findings to business leaders at internship end.
